সিরাজগঞ্জের উল্লাপাড়ায় দাখিল পরীক্ষায় শতভাগ ফেল করায় ৪ মাদ্রাসাকে কারণ দর্শানোর নোটিশ শোকজ দেওয়া হয়েছে। উপজেলা মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তা একেএম শামছুল হক শনিবার এসব মাদ্রাসার সুপারদের কারণ দর্শানোর নোটিশ দেন।
মাদ্রাসাগুলো হলো- বগুড়া দাখিল মাদ্রাসা, এলংজানী দাখিল মাদ্রাসা, হাজী আহমেদ আলী দাখিল মাদ্রাসা ও বড় কোয়ালিবেড় দাখিল মাদ্রাসা।
নোটিশে সংশ্লিষ্ট মাদ্রাসার সুপারকে ২৬ মে দুপুর ২টায় শিক্ষা অফিসে সশরীরে উপস্থিত হয়ে এ বছর দাখিল পরীক্ষায় তার প্রতিষ্ঠানের কোনো শিক্ষার্থী কেন পাস করেনি তার লিখিত ব্যাখ্যা প্রদানের নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে।
এ বছর বগুড়া দাখিল মাদ্রাসা থেকে ১৫ জন, এলংজানী মাদ্রাসা থেকে ১২ জন, হাজী আহমেদ আলী মাদ্রাসা থেকে ১৪ জন এবং বড় কোয়ালিবেড় মাদ্রাসা থেকে ১২ জন দাখিল পরীক্ষায় অংশ নেয়।
উপজেলা শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তা একেএম শামছুল হক জানান, উল্লিখিত মাদ্রাসার সুপারগণ সন্তোষজনক ব্যাখ্যা দিতে ব্যর্থ হলে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে বিভাগীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের জন্য ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে প্রতিবেদন পাঠানো হবে।
এদিকে কারণ দর্শানোর নোটিশ পাওয়া মাদ্রাসার সুপারদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা হলে তারা জানান, প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলে তাদের মাদ্রাসার অবস্থান। এসব এলাকার ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের অনেক চেষ্টা করেও শ্রেণিকক্ষে আনা যায় না। অনেক শিক্ষার্থীই মাদ্রাসায় আসে না। লেখাপড়ার প্রতি তাদের কোনো আগ্রহ নেই। ফলে পরীক্ষার ফলাফলে এমন বিপর্যয় হয়েছে।
