সিরাজগঞ্জের তাড়াশে গরুবোঝাই নসিমনের চাপায় প্রতিবন্ধী যুবক হাফিজুর রহমান (৩৭) নিহত হয়েছেন। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে আজ মঙ্গলবার (২১ অক্টোবর) দুপুর সাড়ে ১২ টার সময় তাড়াশ পৌরসদরের বারোয়ারিতলা মোড়ে। নিহত হাফিজুর তাড়াশ দক্ষিণপাড়ার রবিউল করিমের ছেলে।
ঘটনার সত্যতা নিশ্চিত করেছেন তাড়াশ থানার অফিসার ইন চার্জ (ওসি) মো: জিয়াউর রহমান।
প্রত্যক্ষদর্শীরা জানান, নিহত হাফিজুর রাস্তা পারাপারের সময় অতর্কিত একটি গরু বোঝাই একটি দ্রুতগামী নসিমন গাড়ি তাকে চাপা দিলে সে মারাত্মক ভাবে আহত হোন। স্থানীয়রা তাকে উদ্ধার করে তাড়াশ স্বাস্থ্য কমপ্লেক্সে নিলে সেখানকার কর্তব্যরত চিকিৎসক তাকে মৃত ঘোষণা করেন।
তাড়াশ থানার অফিসার ইন চার্জ (ওসি) মো: জিয়াউর রহমান বলেন, লাশ পরিবারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়েছে। নসিমন গাড়িটি থানা হেফাজতে নেয়া হয়েছে। মামলার প্রস্তুতি চলছে।
