সিরাজগঞ্জের তাড়াশে পৌর শিশু পার্কের ভিতরে দিনের বেলায় গরু- ছাগল রাতে জমে ওঠে মাদকের আড্ডা।
এদিকে পৌর শিশু পার্কটির তদারকি না থাকায় সেখানে দিনের বেলায় গরু-ছাগল চড়ে আর সন্ধ্যা নামলে অসামাজিক কাজের পাশাপাশি চলে মাদকের আড্ডা।
স্থানীয়রা বলছেন, পার্কটির সুরক্ষিত ব্যবস্থা না থাকায় পার্কটি অরক্ষিত থাকার কারণে কয়েকটি স্থানে রোপনকৃত বৃক্ষ গুলো মাঠে আসা গরু-ছাগল তা খেয়ে ফেলেছে। সন্ধ্যা নামলেই পার্কের কয়েটি স্থানে বসে মাদকের আড্ডা। আর রাত গভীর হলে শুরু হয় অসামাজিক কার্যকলাপ। মাদক ব্যবসায়িরা রাজনৈতিক ছত্রছায়ায় সেখানে প্রভাব বিস্তার করেছে। যার কারণে স্থানীয় কয়েকজন তাদের কর্মকান্ডের কোনো প্রতিবাদ করতে আসেন না।এ বিষয়ে উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার ( ইউএনও) নুসরাত জাহান, এর মুঠোফোনে একাধিকবার যোগাযোগ করা হলেও তিনি ফোন রিসিভ না করার তার বক্তব্য নেওয়া সম্ভব হয়নি।
এ প্রসঙ্গে তাড়াশ থানার ওসি ( তদন্ত) রুপ কর জানান, তাড়াশ পৌর শিশু পার্কে এমন কোনো অসামাজিক কার্যকলাপে ও মাদক সেবনে লিপ্ত থাকলে আমরা আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নিব।
তিনি আরও বলেন, আমাদের পুলিশের একটি টহল টিম তাড়াশ পৌর শিশু পার্কে রাতে টহল দেওয়ার জন্য বলা হয়েছে।
