অভিযোগে তিনি উল্লেখ করেন, তার পিতা মারা যাওয়ার পর শৈশবেই তিনি এতিম হয়ে পড়েন। সেই সময় পিতার পরিত্যক্ত সম্পত্তি তার চাচা ও ফুফুরা দখল করে ভোগদখল করতে থাকেন। পরবর্তীতে প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক হয়ে তিনি সম্পত্তির হিসাব চাইলে দাদার সম্পত্তির অংশ দিলেও পিতার ক্রয়কৃত জমি বুঝিয়ে দেননি।
পরে শামসুজ্জোহা কুন্দইল ভূমি অফিসে গিয়ে জানতে পারেন, মাঝিড়া মৌজার আর.এস. খতিয়ান নং ২৬৯ ও দাগ নং ৫৭৩ এ মোট ১০১ শতক জমি তার পিতার নামে নামজারি রয়েছে। তিনি কাগজপত্র সংগ্রহ করে বিষয়টি চাচা ও ফুফুদের জানালে তারা ক্ষিপ্ত হয়ে তাকে হুমকি দিতে থাকেন।
অভিযোগে তিনি আরও বলেন, তার চাচা জসিম উদ্দিন প্রতারণার মাধ্যমে উক্ত ভূমি নিজের নামে নামজারি করে নেন। পরে তিনি এ বিষয়ে সহকারী কমিশনার (ভূমি) কার্যালয়ে আপত্তি জানালে প্রশাসন জসিম উদ্দিনের নামজারি বাতিল করে শামসুজ্জোহাদের নামে নামজারির আদেশ দেন।
এরপর থেকে আসামিরা ক্ষুব্ধ হয়ে শামসুজ্জোহাকে অকথ্য ভাষায় গালাগালি ও প্রাণনাশের হুমকি দিচ্ছেন বলে অভিযোগে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে। তারা হুমকি দিচ্ছেন— জমিতে গেলে তাকে হত্যা করে লাশ ফেলে রাখবে।
অভিযোগে আরও বলা হয়, স্থানীয় শহিদুল ইসলাম নামের এক ব্যক্তি ওই জমিতে জোরপূর্বক হাল চাষও করেছেন। আগামী ২০ অক্টোবর জমি পরিমাপ করতে গেলে শামসুজ্জোহা ও তার পরিবার নিরাপত্তাহীনতায় ভুগছেন বলে তিনি জানিয়েছেন।
তিনি প্রশাসনের কাছে পিতৃভূমি রক্ষা ও পরিবারের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিতে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের জোর দাবি জানিয়েছেন।
এবিষয়ে তাড়াশ থানার ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা (ওসি) জিয়াউর রহমান বলেন, অভিযোগপত্র পেয়েছি। তদন্ত চলছে। জাল দলিলে নামজারী করে ভোগদখলে ছিল। পরে জানতে পেরে নামজারী এসিল্যান্ড মহোদয় বাতিল করে। আমরা নিরপেক্ষ তদন্ত করে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করিবো।
