ভুক্তভোগী ঐ নারী জানান, তার সাথে বাতেন দর্জির ছেলে কাফির সাথে দীর্ঘদিনের প্রেমের সম্পর্ক রয়েছে তাদের মধ্যে একাধিকবার শারীরিক সম্পর্কও হয়েছে ।
কাফি বিয়ের আশ্বাস দিয়ে আমার স্বামীকে ডিভোর্স করিয়ে প্রেমের সম্পর্ক অস্বীকার করায় আমি বিয়ের দাবিতে কাফির বাড়িতে অবস্থান নিলে। বাতেন ও তার পরিবারের লোকজন মারধর করে হাতপা বেধে রাখে। পরে এস আই আমির হোসেন ছেলের বাবা বাতেন দর্জির সাথে আতাত করে টাকা নিয়ে আমাকে জোরপূর্বক হাত পা বেধে সিনএনজি যোগে হাটিকুমরুল এলাকায় আমার বাড়ির সামনে নিয়ে আসে এসময় আমার চিৎকার চেচামেচিতে লোকজন এগিয়ে এসে আমাকে উদ্ধার করে।
স্থানীয়রা জানান, রাত অনুমানিক নয়টার দিকে হাটিকুমরুল বাজারের একটি সিএনজি আসে সাথে পুলিশের এস আই আমির হোসেন পিছনে পিছনে মোটরসাইকেল করে এগিয়ে নিয়ে আসে এসময় সিএনজি থেকে ধাক্কা দিয়ে মেয়েটিকে ফেলে দিলে সাবাই দৌড়ে গিয়ে সিএনজিসহ এস আই আমির সহ হাসানপুর এলাকার আলতাফ মন্ডলের মেয়কে অবরুদ্ধ করে। এসময় অবরুদ্ধ জনগন আমির হোসেনের উপর চরাও হলে সলঙ্গা থানার এস আই মশিউর রহমান এসে বিচারের আশ্বাশ দিয়ে আমির হোসেনকে উদ্ধার করে নিয়ে যায়।
ভুক্তভোগীকে নারীকে থানায় বিচারের আশ্বাশ দিলেও থানায় গেলে অভিযোগ না নিয়ে ফেরত দেওয়া হয়েছে।
সলঙ্গা থানার এস আই আমির হোসেন জানান, আমার বিরুদ্ধে এসকল অভিযোগ সাজানো, রাতের বেলা নদীর পারে দুই তরুনীকে দেখে পুলিশে খবর দেয় জনগন। আমি উদ্ধার করে বাড়িতে পৌছে দিতে যায়। তরুনী ক্ষিপ্ত হয়ে মিথ্যা অভিযোগ করছে।
